MA"Fair Wind" is authorized professional dynamic growing crewing agency located in Odessa, Ukraine, provides Principals with well-educated and competent seamen from a single seafarer to a complete crew for all types of vessels, including: Bulkers, Containers, Heavy Lifts, Ro Ro, Passengers, Yacht, Oil, Product, Ch. (1,2,3 gr.) LPG\LNG tankers ,also we specialize in offshore fleet, such as: AHTS vessels, cable layers, drilling vessels and offshore installations, etc.

All our candidates are selected via procedure in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 Standard and comply with the requirements of the STCW - 1978, as amended in 1995 Convention are fully qualified to meet their respective rank.

MA"Fair Wind" provides the following service:

• arrange renewal of seafarers’ documentation and additional training;
• arrange medical examination including drug/alcohol/blood test and vaccination, provided by the duly licensed Ukrainian Marine Medical centre;
• supply with the working clothes and uniform with Principal’s logo;
• arrange flag state applications;
• obtaining visas;
• booking international and domestic air tickets.
